Have you ever watched a porn clip and wondered: How do pornstars last so long?
You’re not alone. When people hear that I’m an ex-porn star that’s usually one of the first questions they ask me. (right after asking me if I had sex with XYZ porn actress.)
In fact, I get asked this question so often that I decided to create an entire step-by-step program on how to last longer in bed naturally.
But, some guys won’t buy my program and for them, I wanted to create this free resource describing just how do pornstars last so long.
I’ll mention not only things we do to last longer in bed, but also the advice that we do NOT follow, and why not.
First, let’s start with some common “last longer” advice that we don’t follow (because, frankly, it’s bullshit advice).
We Don’t Think About Baseball
This is the advice most people hear from their buddies or they find it online when they start looking for advice on how to beat premature ejaculation.
The idea is that you think about baseball, do the math, or even imagine that you’re having sex with a fat, unattractive girl (yeah, really) to lower your arousal levels and last longer in bed.
The main problem with that advice?
You’re actively trying not to think about sex! I don’t know about you, but I like to think about sex and enjoy sex when I have it – doing multiplications in my head while screwing is not my idea of a good time.
This advice is so prevalent that I and a couple of other guys always had a chuckle when somebody asked us how we lasted so long. I didn’t choose porn as a career because I wanted to imagine that I was getting blown by a fatty – and you shouldn’t do that either.
So you can safely forget about this advice and mock any guy who suggests it.
We Don’t Practice Start-Stop Method
This is a funny one that is often recommended by the sex therapists and sex advisors. (By the way, have you noticed that all those “sex experts” always look like the people who don’t getting laid at all?)
Basically, with this method you want to pull out your dick when you feel you’re about to come. If you also join your thumb and index finger into an OK sign and then squeeze your penis below the head, it’s also called the “squeeze technique.”
This technique sucks because you’re stopping sex every few minutes. I don’t have to tell you that your wife or girlfriend will not appreciate that (especially if she’s near an orgasm and you pull out – good luck with that).
This technique suffers from the same defects as the last one – namely, you’re depriving yourself of the pleasure of actually having sex.
That’s not what you want.
We Don’t Use Any Additional Gear
Feeling desperate, many men start to buy various devices, pills, creams, last longer condoms of dubious FDA status. They risk their health and waste their money on snake oil products that promise the world but deliver nothing.
I mentioned the dangers of using last longer condoms before. But that’s only the tip of the iceberg.
Most of those products will just drain you out of your money and do nothing. But a few of them (especially pills) can have a devastating effect on your health and wellbeing.
Now, I’m not going to lie and tell you those guys in porn don’t use this stuff. They do. I did it as well when I was younger.
But most of those guys burn out in a couple of years when they realize they can’t sustain that for the rest of their lives.
That’s what it all comes down to – do you want to take a (potentially dangerous) pill and just last longer this one time, or do you want to learn how to do it naturally and beat your premature ejaculation forever?
If you answered “naturally” then proceed.
Now, let’s talk about some things we pornstars do to last inhumanly long.
Pornstar Tip #1: Kegels
When I first heard of Kegels, I just thought they were those exercises that women use to tighten their pussy.
Well, I was half-right. The truth is that men too can use Kegel exercises not only to last longer in bed but also to shoot sperm like a fire hose.

You see, the way it works is that practicing and doing Kegel exercises every day for a few minutes, your PC muscle grows stronger.
Once it becomes strong enough, you can that squeeze it when you feel an orgasm approaching and just continue with sex. No pulling out, no imagining a fat, hairy beast, no hands necessary.
The best way to find your PC muscle is to stop your urine flow when you’re urinating. The muscle you squeezed then (with nothing but your mind) is the PC muscle.
A simple Kegel routine would be:
- Locate your PC Muscle
- Squeeze it
- Hold for a few seconds
And then repeat that routine for a number of sets and reps.
Pornstar Tip #2: Edging
You may be forgiven if you’ve never heard of edging. It’s not that popular as Kegels, but, in my mind, it’s much more effective.
Edging simply means that you are masturbating for a very long time, usually anywhere between 20 and 40 minutes without ejaculating during that time.
Your goal is to prolong the amount of time you can last in a highly aroused state.
Imagine an arousal scale going from 1 to 10.
Level 1 is where you’re not even slightly excited, and level 10 is where you are milliseconds away from an orgasm.
Your goal is to get to the level 7 on that scale and spend the majority of your time edging on that level.
Think of edging as sort of a boot camp for the real thing. Just like MMA fighters train with punching bags and sparring partners before stepping into the octagon, so should you practice edging as a practice for sex with your wife or girlfriend.
Now, most guys ask me if they should ejaculate at the end of their edging session or not.
My answer is: It depends.
Some guys ejaculate only once a week, and they are fine with that. Others find that if they don’t come at the end of every session, they will last even shorter the next time they are having sex.
So, try to experiment and find out what is the best situation for you.
Pornstar Tip #3: The Right Positions
There are good sex positions and bad sex positions.
Good sex positions are those where you are fully in control of your ejaculation and can last as long as you want to.
Bad sex positions are the ones where you are quickly aroused and ready to ejaculate within a few minutes.
Now, most male pornstars can have sex in every position possible. We are, after all, trained professionals.
But, we still prefer a few of them when it comes to lasting longer. We save the rest for when it’s time for the money shot.
The worse position for premature ejaculation? It’s the missionary position. You’re on the top; you’re working hard, and your PC muscle is overstimulated.
No wonder you’re ready to pop after two minutes.
Now, if the man-on-top is the worst sex position…is the reverse also true? Is woman-on-top the best sex position for lasting longer?
Why, yes, yes it is.
If you want to last longer, try beginning the intercourse with the cowgirl position. It will instantly grant you at least a few more minutes in bed, plenty of time for you to try out some other tricks for lasting longer.
