Personally, I’ve used ACV consistently over the past 10 years, but not for blood sugar.

Where To Buy Apple Cider Vinegar
Based on the health claims listed above, you might think ACV has to come with a prescription.
Surprise – ACV can be found right in your grocery store! It’s most often found in the “condiments” aisle, right next to the ketchup, in between all the other white vinegar.
MAKE SURE you buy organic, unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar. To check if it’s unfiltered, you’ll want to see the clump of mass on the bottom (also known as ‘The Mother’). This culture is what contains all the good apple chemicals that’ll improve your health.
I prefer Bragg’s, which is the most popular ACV brand. It’s available in most grocery stores. If not, go to Whole Foods, Sprouts, or Fresh Market.
How To Drink Apple Cider Vinegar
Now, I bet you’re thinking, “Okay Mike, you’ve convinced me to drink ACV. But….this stuff is nasty!!”
Don’t worry about it, we’ll get you fixed up right. Just like drinking alcohol, you have to start off easy and gradually up your dosage.
You don’t start drinking by chugging whiskey out of the bottle…you start with beer, and move up from there. Same thing with ACV.
Start at Level 1 and move up the ranks.
Level 1: Heat up some water in the microwave, but not boiling. Add a spoonful of raw organic honey, and then a spoonful of ACV. Mix it up, and drink. The honey will neutralize the bad vinegar taste.
Level 2: Same as level 1, but remove the honey. Just warm water and vinegar.
Level 3: Take a spoonful of vinegar and swallow it, then chase it with water.
Level 4: Take a full shot of ACV and don’t chase it. This is what I do.
I’m not lying. I’ve been on the vinegar wagon so long, that I can rip shots of it with no chaser.
You don’t have to drink it like that, but it’s definitely more manly.
No matter what method you use to consume vinegar, just make sure that you’re consuming it regularly. There’s no difference in effectiveness if you mix it with honey, water, juice, food, whatever.
As far as dosage goes, I recommend…1 to 2 spoonfuls after every meal.
Drinking it on an empty stomach, or before meals, can cause a burning sensation going down, and possibly an upset stomach. Don’t do that.
Drinking it after every meal is a good habit to get into. Although three times a day seems like a lot, it’s okay if you miss a meal or two because you’re eating out. Just make sure you consume it at least once a day, and ideally three times a day.
Everyone should be drinking Apple Cider Vinegar. It’s cheap, has no side effects, and if you can handle the taste, it’s pretty simple to take.
