Let’s be honest.
The Federal Drug Administration has been totally compromised by charging millions of dollars JUST TO HAVE A DRUG TEST DONE. It used to be that the FDA was totally funded by the American taxpayers – but not anymore.
But even if you DO trust them, the official side-effects of Viagra are horrendous. Regardless, Viagra remains one of the top-selling drugs in the world. Go figure!
In doing a little research on Viagra, I found that the site www.drugs.com lists all of the side-effects of Viagra. You may be thinking that I’m picking on Viagra and that there are other drugs that are better – and yes, that MAY be true. But the point is that ALL drugs have nasty side-effects, and you should never take them on a continual basis.
But let’s stick with Viagra for a moment. Want to know what some of the side-effects are for it? Honestly, the list reads like the symptoms of leprosy just before your body turns into a zombie.
Here are just some of the possible side-effects:
Bladder pain, burning feeling in the chest or stomach, itching, numbness, prickling, “pins and needles”, or tingling feelings, cloudy or bloody urine, dizziness, stomach upset, anxiety, bleeding of the eye, blurred vision, breast enlargement, convulsions (seizures), deafness or hearing loss, decreased vision, difficulty in concentrating, dizziness or lightheadedness (especially when getting up suddenly from a lying or sitting position), double vision, drowsiness, eye pain, fainting or faintness, fast, irregular, or pounding heartbeat, headache (severe or continuing), migraine headache, nausea (severe or continuing), nervousness, vision loss, and sexual problems in men, including failure to experience a sexual orgasm.
Some of these side-effects are more common than others, but what I find interesting is that fainting is listed as “rare.” But I know at least two other people who totally passed out after taking Viagra and in one case, the wife called 911!
The first thing the EMT guys asked the wife was whether or not he had taken the little blue pill. As soon as they found out that he did take it, the firefighters and EMT guys instantly started to pack their bags to leave. They told the wife that passing out after taking Viagra was very common!
The point is that you are risking certain damage to your body when you rely on drugs to do something artificial for you. If you have a problem with ED, then take care of it naturally!
How? Well, first, you’ve got to make sure that you are exercising enough. One study found that men who simply walked 2 miles a day could reverse ED for good.
But there are a lot of other things that you can do, such as working out with heavy weights to increase testosterone levels. Another thing that you can do is to make sure that your hip area and your lower back are both flexible and well-conditioned. To allow the blood to flow to your manhood, you have to keep that whole area flexible. Also, acupressure can also help to get back to banging in no time.
But one of the other things that you should be doing is watching what you eat.
Do your best to eat NATURAL foods. Stay away from canned foods that have a bad chemical called BPA added to them. Be careful who you listen to! The canned food industry has so much money that any one of them could buy off doctors or information specialists and try to make you believe that BPA is perfectly fine. And stay away as much as possible from any processed foods.
Eat organic as much as you can, and find a good source of water that has no fluoride in it. Don’t believe the BS hype that fluoride is good for your teeth, and therefore, you should drink it! It’s poisonous.
But what else can you take for ED? Are there any natural herbs that work? What about all of the other options?
According to Dr. Mercola in 1998, between the months of March and July, 123 men worldwide died from taking Viagra. I have a feeling that number is a lot higher now.
Dr. Mercola says,
“Aside from the risk of dying and increasing the risk of retinal dysfunction, the biggest drawback to Viagra is the high cost, which can range upwards of $10 per pill.”
The point is that there are other alternative things to take besides Viagra which will get you to rock hard so that you can rock your woman’s world…
I’m going to spare you all of the scientific mumbo jumbo and get to the point.
In the 1990s, scientists discovered that L-arginine, a non-essential amino acid found in foods, helped 6 out of 15 men with ED. The amount they used was 1000 to 3000 mg per day.
Supplements of choline (1000 to 3000 mg) and vitamin B5 (500 to 1500 mg) can really help to activate nitric oxide. Choline and vitamin B5 should ideally be taken 20 to 30 minutes before sex.
You may have heard about Yohimbe or yohimbine. It’s from a tree in West Africa. They use it to enhance male virility and sexual prowess. They use the bark of that tree as tea. What it does is it increases the flow of blood to the penis and decreases the flow of blood from the penis at the same time. The result? A really good woody! Maybe that’s why they call it a woody! It’s from a tree…
Studies have shown that the success rate with Yohimbe is about 40 percent.
Everybody’s body is different.
Do what feels best for you.
Work to stay in shape, eat as best as you can, respect your body, get enough sleep, work out with weights, get enough exercise to keep your heart healthy and strong, and take a few supplements for your sexual health.
If you follow this advice, you greatly increase your chance to solve any sexual problem you may have.
To your success,
