#1: Flutter the PC Muscle
With this exercise, what you want to do is to rapidly contract and then relax your PC muscle as fast as you can for as long as you can. Then stop and rest for 30 seconds, and then try it again. This will help you to gain control over your PC muscle, and help you to gain endurance.
Do this for the first few weeks. Try to work up to doing it for a full minute, 3 to 4 times a day before you move on to the next exercise. At first, you will probably only be able to do it for 5 to 10 seconds.
When you gain control of this muscle, you can stop premature ejaculation in its tracks by contracting this it.
This is my favorite exercise to do during a boring meeting. It gives me a challenge, to hit the max number of squeezes, and the counting keeps me alert. I kill two birds at once – make money and make my dick stronger!
#2: Flex and Hold the PC Muscle
Flexing and holding your PC muscle will make it a lot stronger. When you have a stronger PC muscle, you will be able to shoot your cum farther than before. This technique can also stimulate semen production, but its main benefit is being able to shoot as far as you can.
To do this exercise, flex and hold your PC muscle for as long as you can. At first, you may only be able to hold it for a few seconds. Try to work the time up to a full 10 seconds, with full force. Do this 3 to 4 time a day.
Eventually, you can to hold it for one full minute and do it several times a day or whenever possible.
#3: Flex, Hold, Release, and Repeat
This is a combination of the other two exercises, except that you don’t flutter the PC muscle – instead, you hold it for 2 to 5 seconds and release it for 2 to 3 seconds.
Try to do it for 3 to 5 minutes. When you get stronger, try it for even longer. After a lot of practice, you might be able to do it for up to 20 minutes or so. You only need to do this exercise once a day because it’s such a good workout for your PC muscle.
This exercise will teach you how to control your kegel muscle. It’s one thing to squeeze as long as possible, or for as many reps in a set time, but a true master will have complete control over his PC muscles. This means you can turn them on and off, whenever you want.
Practice all three of these exercises as instructed through the week. Lastly, make sure you rest enough. The kegels are muscles after all, and need to rest, just like your biceps.
Practice, rest, and soon enough, you’ll be shooting huge loads.
If you do kegels and can’t seem to blast bigger loads, you’re probably not using them correctly during sex. It’s easy to practice kegels while you’re sitting by yourself, but translating that skill over to sex can be challenging.

Back in 2005, a team of American and Italian researchers researched the positive sexual result of eating shellfish, which included oysters. What they found was that oysters and other shellfish were rich in amino acids that trigger high levels of sex hormones.

This process can go over and over for days before he actually ejaculates. What it does is that it sends a signal to the body to create more semen because of the sexual arousal. But then, because he doesn’t shoot his cum, the semen builds up in his testicles.
You spend day after day resisting orgasm, stockpiling all that semen in your loins, until you finally have sex with your woman. You feel her take you to the point of no return, and when you orgasm, your cum explodes like a bomb went off!
Trust me – you will be surprised at how much cum you can build up quickly using this method. You may feel your balls fill up, and that’s a good thing – that’s supposed to happen.
If you’ve never practiced edging before, don’t worry, I’ll teach you how. The trick to this exercise is to pay close attention to when you are about to cum. Get to the point where you’re about to come, and then back off.
Imagine a scale for how turned on and horny you are. On this scale, zero is completely flaccid and uninspired. 10 is you are having an earth-shattering orgasm.
When you practice edging, focus on staying in the seven to eight range. This will keep you horny enough that you’re still having good sex. If you go lower then seven, you risk losing your erection or getting bored, so stay away from that.
Once you get to a strong eight, and you feel like you can orgasm in a few seconds, STOP.
Do not get to “the point of no return.” This level of horniness is around a 9. You know what I’m talking about, where you feel like a few more strokes will push you over the edge.
If you get to the point of no return, it’s very possible that you’ll blow your load. You don’t want to do this. Keep your horniness controlled, and you’ll be able to keep your orgasm controlled.
I know that this might be really hard (pun intended), but this is the definite technique to shooting a big load.
There is no set determined routine for edging, but I suggest the following.
First, once you get to the point of no return, stop, and breathe. Relax and let your horniness go down.
The most important factor in edging success is making sure you last long. Whatever it takes for you to edge longer, do it. Whether that’s a different lube, practicing in a new location, or even stopping porn use (more on that later), figure out what makes you last long, and do it.
Now, aim to edge for at least 20 minutes. This is the amount you need to make it effective. Edge for at least 20 minutes, but no more than 45. After 45, you get diminishing returns, so there’s no point in wasting your time.
When you first start out, it doesn’t matter how long you can edge for. Even if it’s just 5 minutes, focus on progress, not perfection. Today you last 5 minutes, tomorrow you last 6.
A common question with edging is, should I watch porn when I edge? Well, that’s a tricky subject.
My official suggestion is to not use porn until you can edge for 30 minutes straight. Porn increases the difficulty by raising your arousal. Watching porn while edging is like edging on hard mode, don’t do it if you’re a beginner.
If you can’t edge without porn because you can’t get an erection, then use it lightly, but try to stay away. Also, you should be focusing on curing your erectile dysfunction by reading this.
After a while, your edging skills will be much better. With practice, you will be able to go days and days without cumming. When you finally do, you will shoot an absolutely HUGE load, I guarantee it.
Putting It All Together
When you put these three techniques together, you’ll be blasting cum all over your woman in no time. Even if right now, your loads are “fun-sized,” using these techniques will help you get there no matter what.
