These Penis Enlargement Exercises Will Make You Bigger

Penis Enlargement Exercises Workout

I’m going to talk to you guys a bit about penis enlargement exercises today. When my career was being a pornstar, I had to keep my dick perfect shape.

I learned a whole host of interesting exercises and techniques to not only make my erections stronger, but that would also greatly improve the length and girth of my penis.

Now I want to share some of these with you. Forget about the guy trying to sell you some jellyfish potion, and let’s spend some time in the penis gym.


Edging is one of the easiest penis enlargement exercises you can do to increase your girth. It trains your penis to maintain an erection for an extended period of time (usually 20-30) minutes. Because your penis is remaining fully erect for this long, it will slowly begin to stretch to relieve pressure over time.

Most of the time, this stretching is permanent. This means that your dick is, in fact, growing!

Edging is incredibly easy too. You want to start out masturbating as you usually would. Except instead of cumming, you’re going to resist your urges. The goal is to maintain a full erection for as long as possible without having an orgasm.

If you can, try to edge without watching porn. It can be harder, of course, but you will benefit far more by cutting back your porn while edging.

Besides being an excellent tool for growth, edging can also help those suffering from premature ejaculation.


Jelqing is an ancient technique that was used in the ancient Middle East. Young men would perform penis enlargement exercises every day, and, after a few years, they could gain inches in size. Some even reported having penises that were as long as 20-inches.

To do a basic jelqing exercise, you’ll want your penis to be at about 60-70% of a full erection. Then, using one hand, form a ring around the base of your shaft and squeeze. This will hold all your blood in your penis.

Finally, using the other, form a second ring and slide it up towards the tip of your penis (make sure you are using lotion the whole time).

This is a lot like edging. All you’re doing is forcing blood into your penis to try to make it swell and stretch in size. Just remember, never jelq with a full erection. This can cause permanent injury. I accidentally did this once in my younger years, and it was pretty painful.

My favorite time to do my jelqing exercises is in the shower after a good workout. My body is warm, and blood is flowing. I spend an extra 10-minutes in the shower, and nobody can bother me.

Besides making sure my penis stays at its glorious size, jelqing also allows me to quickly achieve erections and even cum further. This is because I am making sure that my penis is accustomed to constant blood flow, and that means that whenever the time is right, I’m ready.

You were probably expecting me to tell you about penis pushups next. However, the best workout you can possibly give your penis is lots of sex. You see, when you’re having constant sex, your penis will grow larger naturally. And if you want to have more sex, you’ll need to reduce your refractory period.

Once you reduce your refractory period, you can go for rounds at a time. Your penis will always be full of blood, and ready to go. Besides that, it will constantly be stretched from repeatedly penetrating your woman’s vagina.
