Here’s where some guys will say, “but Mike, aren’t natural supplements pills too? What makes them different than drugs?”

Prescription drugs, like Viagra, are formulated inside a lab by chemists in white coats. They create compounds from thin air, test it on some rats, and after it’s successful, they sell it directly to you. Gross. No wonder they have so many side effects.
Natural supplements, however, are just that…herbs! If you’re scared of taking herbal supplements, here’s what you should do.
Go to Whole Foods or another natural market, go to the produce section, and buy these foods and herbs. They’re available for you, right there, all you have to do is reach out and grab it.
The problem with this approach is that it takes so much dang herbs to have the desired effects, there’s no way you’ll be able to get the recommended dose in one sitting. Eating handfuls of herbs is gross, and there’s no way you’ll be able to stomach it.
This is where supplements come into play. They make it easy for you to get all the nutritional benefits of eating herbs and vegetables – without all of the eating.
Just like food though, you want to make sure you buy the top-shelf products. Keep in mind that you should buy all supplements from a reliable source. There have been cases where contaminants have gotten into the herbal supplements because the cheaper companies tried to cut corners in order to make more money.
So what are the best supplements for lasting longer in bed? Which ones are known to work? First, understand that every guy is different. Everybody has a body that is a chemical and hormone making machine – an amazing, chemical making factory. The point is that what works for one guy may not work for another.
The best way to find the right supplements is to try these different herbs and see which ones work the best for you. 5-HTP supplements work by increasing the serotonin levels in the body, which elevates a person’s mood. Not only that, but it also helps you to sleep better. When you combine feeling better, with better sleep, what you get is one happy person! When a happy guy is well-rested and alert, guess what happens to his sex life? It gets much better! And you’ll last longer.
When feeling better, the penis gets more oxygen to flow to it, so 5-HTP supplements, therefore, help anyone who has erectile dysfunction.
5-HTP is not found in any of our food. Your body creates 5-HTP from tryptophan, which is found in food, like tofu, cheese, lamb, fish, and of course….turkey. Tryptophan is notorious for being the chemical responsible for the post-Thanksgiving nap.
If you consume a lot of tryptophan, along with lots of sweets and meats, you will get sleepy…just like after Thanksgiving.
However, if you take 5-HTP as a supplement only, it will trigger tryptophan production in your body, which is much different than eating turkey. When your body creates tryptophan, you’ll relax but won’t get sleepy, which is great for lasting longer.
Tryptophan isn’t the chemical that makes you relax. Tryptophan is processed and then it creates serotonin from the 5-HTP. Serotonin is what we want because a lot of guys’ premature ejaculation comes from low serotonin.
Low serotonin is can be responsible for depression. This is why gross SSRI’s can be prescribed for PE (don’t do it).
5-HTP can treat a lot of problems for us humans who are suffering from low serotonin levels. These include depression, fibromyalgia, insomnia, migraines, and other headaches, obesity, and more. If you have any of these, 5-HTP is a great supplement to add to your stack.
As a supplement, 5-HTP is made from the seeds of an African plant called Griffonia simplicifolia. Just like I discussed earlier, you could sit around and eat this plant all day, but nobody’s got time for that.
Gingko Biloba is very popular in traditional Chinese medicine. It is used for a wide range of conditions, including erectile dysfunction. Gingko also seems to help with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, menopause, and vertigo. It has been shown to ease leg pain caused by clogged arteries, relieve PMS symptoms, and also mood changes. And it has been proven to increase energy in studies where they were treating multiple sclerosis, according to the University of Maryland Medical Center.
Ginkgo Biloba works by increasing blood flow throughout the body, and at the same time, protecting blood vessels from lesions which may result in the slowing down of blood circulation. It also acts as an antioxidant which can help you to keep your erection for a longer period of time.
It’s also used for memory and sharper thinking, although studies have only shown a modest boost in memory enhancement.

Tongkat Ali is also known as Eurycoma longifolia jack, or the Malaysian ginseng. It comes from the Malaysian rain forests. It too is very popular to help you to last longer in bed.
What it does is it stimulates the libido, increases semen quality, and even helps with muscle growth. Most of these effects are because it helps increase testosterone. When you increase testosterone, good things happen!
It also supports normal hormone levels in males.
Be careful when you purchase tongkat ali. The marketplace for it is full of retailers who give counterfeit formulas. Also, it was found by the Malaysian Drug Control Authority in 2006 that 100 products tested containing tongkat ali had 26% of them contaminated with very high levels of mercury.
The bottom line is that you should only purchase tongkat ali from reliable, quality merchants.
Fenugreek is a great herb if you want to naturally increase testosterone and your libido.
This is a Mediterranean herb that is used in many Indian dishes. It has been used to treat men’s sexual and prostate health.
In many studies, it has been known to significantly improve the natural testosterone levels in men, and also improve libido. It increases testosterone because it contains phytochemicals called saponins and sapogenins, which are credited with raising testosterone levels and improving libido.
